Inspections
The sales contract will typically specify a number of days in which the buyer must finish inspections. After inspections, the buyer may accept the property, reject the property, or request repairs from the seller.
Inspections are a buyer expense and payment is due upon completion. Costs and the number of inspections necessary will vary depending upon the property.
